Liyab Esports is a professional esports team base in the Philippines. This team is a part of Filipino esports organization that was founded in 2004. The team was previously known as Mineski Esports which was founded in November 2012. In February 2019, the team rebranded to Liyab Esports. This Filipino esports team plays for eSports categories of League of Legends. Liyab esports team participates in most famous tournaments such as Silver SL[AM], LST Spring, PPGL, SEA Invitational, PCS Spring, and PCS Summer. As a result, it makes Liyab Esports well-known all around the world. Also, it gains them so many national and international supporters. Season 2021, the head coach of this year is Gerald Gianne Gelacio, who is known as gee. He was born in the Philippines. Besides, the manager is Gibo. Currently, the sponsors are Globe Telecom, and Mineski. The esports team has six players for LoL esports. Five of the players are Filipino, while one of them is Japanese. The achievements of the team were the winner of SEA Invitational 2019, LST Spring 2019 Philippines National Minor. They were also the runner-up of PPGL 2019 Season 3.
